Mercedes-Benz of Delray - Service Center

I called my Mercedes dealer to determine if they had the needed recall fuel pump parts. The manager checked and confirmed they had the parts. They made an appointment for me on Monday. I brought the car in needed recall fuel pump parts. The manager checked and confirmed they had the parts. They made an appointment for me on Monday. I brought the car in and Lyft took my home. After 5 days of waiting, I called the dealer to find out if the car was repaired. I was told nothing had be done since they didn't have the fuel pump parts. On Saturday I returned and picked up my car. It at least had been washed for me. One wasted week. More

WORST SERVICE EVER - NOT TO BE TRUSTED The service department had our car for seven months and were paid over $8,000 to repair a convertible top and it still does not work!
