Driving into the covered service portico, I wasn't greeted by any employee. After lingering a bit, I walked into the building and sat in the waiting room until I was addressed by an employee. My actual service provider/point of contact was great, however. She seemed harried and expressed that people want luxury level attention, which I cannot fault them for. I have had better recognition when arriving for service with other brands, so expecting same from Mercedes isn't too much to ask, I don't think. I also had some questions for my original sales woman and she kindly came out and went over the issues with me. Overall I'm very pleased with the people I interacted with and the ease with which I got in and out. :-) More
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and I have always had them serviced here. The salespeople are fair and accommodating and Tim O and Shawn P in the service dept as well as all of the porters ar always had them serviced here. In addition, they explain everything in easy language and help you with your service packages, warranty, and finding a solution. They never leave waiting and are very responsive. I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz. More

When you arrive to Mercedes Benz, you are treated as royalty. Their customer service is excellent. If there is an issue with the car, they really resolve it to your satisfaction. The roadside service phone number was never answered. It took 5 days for what was a minor repair on my 2021 Mercedes Benz to be completed. No loaner was available for me to use.
