My request for a loaner during my service made for an opportunity to be helped by the morning loaner man. He was so gentle in his routine for getting me acquainted with the newer technology. I relaxed and was confidently comfortable to drive around and do my errands. His gentleness made my service day. And Evan is always thoughtful, dependable, knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. And the entry attendant helped me unhinge my key in a new to me way.
