I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 da service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 days again it needed to go back for service. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. I felt like he truly cared about me and making sure that I'm happy and confident that Mercedes Benz will make sure my new purchase was a sound decision. Pat needs to be cloned, he is awesome!!!! More

The windshield washer on my 2009 CLK-350 was not working. I purchased the car, a CPO from MB of Daytona, last November. I made the appointment to bring in the car for service. Chris was friendly and efficien I purchased the car, a CPO from MB of Daytona, last November. I made the appointment to bring in the car for service. Chris was friendly and efficient in checking out the suspected problem - the pump had failed. He arranged for a loaner car and got me on my way. He called when the car was ready the next day. I appreciated being advised as to the time when the car was ready so I could plan the rest of my day. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - a very nice combination.
