Excellent service advisor and techs. We took our preowned GL in to bring the service up to date; they did not disappoint in their thoroughness. Would like to see a better standard on the initial drive up. I was surprised no one scanned my car and knew my name. Also, it seems ownership doesn’t value the customer experience while waiting. This was not the Mercedes Benz standard IMO, but maybe the standards are lowered now. If you’re willing to look past customer expectations and focus only on the service, you won’t be disappointed. But if you've experienced the MB standard…you will know Daytona is not it. More
