One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had Had my vehicle for 7 weeks 30 miles down the road check engine light on because the wires the spliced had melted BTW my repairs were 20K 7weeks 20K was vehicle for 7 weeks 30 miles down the road check engine light on because the wires the spliced had melted BTW my repairs were 20K 7weeks 20K wasn’t enough to get it right I guess!!! Garbage customer service within the service department. Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. They refused to fix my car even though it was under warranty AND mbusa sent the shop foreman instructions. I Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. Much better service and my car is actually fixed. Steer clear of Daytona Mercedes. Only reason they get two stars is because they gave me a loaner. More

My experience at Daytona Mercedes Benz was everything expected for the servicing of my luxury auto. I particularly liked the short 1 minute video explaining exactly what was found and where the repair w expected for the servicing of my luxury auto. I particularly liked the short 1 minute video explaining exactly what was found and where the repair was made on the vehicle. This is not always expected, but because the location of where noise was being emitted and how it was remedied was very re-assuring. More
Brought in 2021 gls 580 for compressor replacement under warranty. Loaner car ready as promised. Michael Iafonti has been our service advisor I believe since 2001.
