Please provide me a specific name I able to contact. On October 21, I brought these matters to the attention of my original sales representative and forwarded my receipts to your facility as requested. I followed up again on November 2 and I received no response. Nothing has happened. While your note seems well intentioned, given the lack of assistance thus far, I'm not sure it is sincere. Update 12/10/20 - Still no response from the dealership regarding my issues. I have contacted my original sales representative and asked for another contact with whom I could speak. No one will respond.

Update 8/19/21 - I have owned this GL450 for less than one year and put over $12,000 for repairs into this vehicle. It is impossible for me to believe that MB Daytona Beach did not recognize all the work that needed to be done on this GL450 before selling it to me. I invite to MB Daytona Beach to contact me, review my invoices and try to make this right.
