Scheduling the service appointment was very easy and fast and Krystal was on top of it to update me with pick up/drop off status. The delivery driver was super nice and Erik handled my car with care and I appreciate that. My service advisor Metry was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He called often to update me on the service status. The tech was amazing by providing me a video of my car being serviced and explained what was done and condition of my car. They are absolutely the best and they sure provided me with a 5 star service. Thank you so much! I will be back on my next service! More
I was really disappointed in the way they handled my headlight assembly which was full of moisture to the point I had to purchase the entire headlight assembly myself because they said it was to expensi headlight assembly which was full of moisture to the point I had to purchase the entire headlight assembly myself because they said it was to expensive for them to fix before they shipped the car here, I have requested that they at least pay for the installation and that is still up in the air. I will never do business with daytona beach mercedes ever again! More

I was very disappoiinted with the moisture in my front headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a new headlight assembley and quite possibly the installation of the headlight.Sam was very good at answering all my questions, but as I pointed out earlier leaving the headlight full of moisture seems to be pretty petty for a Mercedes dealer. More
