The overall experience with this dealership is excellent. I went into the deal with the thought in mind to end up with something that appears fair to me and the dealership. The dealership had the same concept and attitude in mind. We were both on the same page. Our salesman, Andrei, was a thorough professional; honest, told you the way it is, friendly, courteous, and helpful in all manners needed. The General Manager, Bill Smith, was all business, and his attitude was to perfect a deal fair to all parties concerned. He did. Then, the last guy to see in any transaction is the finance dude. To me this is the spot where a deal can become untied, all parties get up, and walk out. Tim Dalzell, Finance Director, made sure this didn't happen; very courteous, competent, explained everything, answered all questions, and in all fairness "sealed the deal." This is my first experience with a Mercedes dealership. I would go back to this dealer in a flash, and I would recommend others to experience them. More
Went in to see about a lease for my aunt, since her 99 C 230 kompressor was slowing dying which was purchsed from from Mike Harrignton. Megan kept insisting my aunt was another woman that worked with my a 230 kompressor was slowing dying which was purchsed from from Mike Harrignton. Then she said are you sure your not related, I advised I know who my relatives are. This really was annoying to me. The new C 300 lease was requiring like $4,000 down for a three year lease everything was optional on this car, when I asked what MB text was when I asked if it was leather was advised it was some kind of vinyl. No way leather was addiotnal $2500.00 I left ,no sale at all she got a Acura TSX from Courtesy Acura in Sanford with leather as standard with no security deposit, or first month's payment . This car included more standard features plus no premium fuel either since it was a 4 cylinder. Could not be happerier with her purchase of the Acura. More
I was referred to T.L. by a mutual friend and a colleague of his. I went to the dealership and was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who promptly got T.L. Driving and owning a Mercedes is a pleasure, the dealership and personnel at Mercedes of Daytona made the purchase of my new car enjoyable. I felt spoiled by my salesman. T.L. called me to keep me abreast of our schedule, was responsive and very patient with all my questions. I will recommend your dealership and T.L. as a salesman. Alfredo was kind and gracious, too. Chris is always very prompt and accommodating from the moment I called to my arrival. My husband is very happy with his 2011 Ford F-250 he had been searching the internet for months before he came across this truck in the mercedes ad and he called Lee Grasso our salesman. Lee gave him all the specifics and we went to see it the next day and now my husband has a beautiful black on black truck before we left they made sure it was spotless.
