My First Benz. It Won't be my Last. I've been wanting a new GLA and they were the only ones who had the one I wanted. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. I made an appointment and it was a nice place. Management seemed welcoming and my salesman as helpful. Drove it and it was what I expected. Very happy with the price and the deal I got. I thought finance would take forever but it was a quick and respectful experience. When it was ready they showed me some features and how the service department worked. Manager shook my hand and thanked me. For a first-timer I can't anyone would complain about this place. I wouldn't buy a Benz from anybody else and have told my family about it. More

I was initially unhappy with the difficult buying experience that most of us encounter when purchasing a car. It is pressure packed. When I expressed my unhappiness, their Director of Customer Satisfaction (Boy they really have one, too!), my sales representative Dave and the General Manager, Mr. Smith, immediately addressed our issues and made it all right. Nobody can ask any more of a dealership. If you are not happy as their signs say through out the showroom and the service areas, they will make it right. Very impressive. More

He worked diligently to find the colors I wanted, the extras I wanted the car to have plus the price I needed.
