Not this Dealership!! Vehicle developed problems at 70k miles. Suspension went 29 days out of warranty. Dealership misdiagnosed the problem and still have issue. Great experience can't wait to go back again!!! I just picked up my 2016 C 300, my sales person was Matt Daubney, he was FANTASTIC. He had patience with us, we went in like 4 times to test drive 2 different cars and couldn't make up our minds, but he never showed any pushiness, or frustration, always had a smile on his face. Also the general manager, Ernie, is great, he is VERY helpful and professional. I left BMW Bridgeport for this dealership and brand, and i will never go back. The amount of respect, care, and utmost convenience they provide is beyond. I am so happy with my car, its perfect and I am so happy i did business with them. They deserve it! Go see Matt Daubney! Today was there summer event Just a shame, but typical of this Dealership How about a make shift table with cookies in there original plastic containers and how about a nasty looking cooler with melted ice and just Poland Spring Water never mind an event they never even acknowledged me until a person who wasn't even employed at the dealership she ask if she could help me with any thing. The actual employees ,well they are there, even if some of them don't seem to like it None of my Benz friends would come they cant believe I still go there I try to tell them the mechanics are great!! My son was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes C300 sport. We did alot of researching online before actually shopping for the vehicle at the various local dealerships. After driving to the dealership in Greenwich, CT, only to find out that it was a "bait" car that didn't exist and experiencing some of the worst customer service we decided to visit the local Danbury Dealership that same day. The salesman, Roger Williams, was very knowleagble, attentive and willing to work with us. We agreed on a price that same day and picked-up the vehicle 4 days later. Some minor issues we had with the car where quickly resolved. As a 1st time Mercedes owner, I have to commend the owner, Mr. Robert Camastro, and the entire Danbury Mercedes staff on there professional and excellent customer service. Both a sales person and a manager gave me information on the cost to lease a car. They e-mailed me a confirmation. They faxed me the buyers order and had me sign it and fax it back. They charged my credit card the deposit. The next day, they told me I would have to pay an additional $50 per month on the lease because they made a mistake.<br><br>Mistakes are fine when it’s one person. But after multiple people, including a manager make a mistake… and then proceed to have you sign something and charge your credit card, it’s no longer a mistake, it’s a transaction. <br><br>The manager called me back and said sorry I would have to pay the extra $50 or lose the car. I would have said get lost and whet to another dealership but I had turned down a good deal somewhere else and the car was no longer available. In addition I told my wife I just bought her a car.<br><br>I spoke to the owner, Robert, and he told me it was a mistake and that he wasn’t going to lose $2500 by selling me the car that much cheaper. He realized that I had lost a deal after listening to his employee and manager and that I would have to pay the additional $50 per month due to the change in lease rates by not going with the other offer.<br><br>Simple put, I relied on his employees and management. I should not have done so. I believe they did make an honest mistake but they left me holding the bag. I would not rely on this dealership. If you do, and they make a mistake, you will be the one holding the bag. <br> More
