The staff at the service department was magnificent. I had to go in to perform some warranty work. The service department was packed with customers and it was the Thanksgiving holiday week. I have a 2024 glc300 with mechanical issues , it’s been to the dealer 4 times and they haven’t fixed the issue, is a very safety concern and the dealer has not try to contact me to discuss more about what to the dealer 4 times and they haven’t fixed the issue, is a very safety concern and the dealer has not try to contact me to discuss more about what options do I have at this time but they don’t really care about it. I will not recommend this dealer or their products to anybody because they are very dishonest and I’m very disappointed with their service. More

The visit was definitely worthy of a five star review, from the greeting by the first attendant to the last hand shake with the service consultant. Everyone did an awesome job. My consultant, Jose Henriquez, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, polite, and engaging. He personally made the experience exactly the way a service visit should be. The atmosphere and work environment that you and your people have created is to be commended. Other dealerships could come learn a few things from you and your team. Thanks for the great experience.
