Worst experience in a car dealership I’ve ever had Went in for a B service and to check the tires. They told me I needed new tires that I just bought from them in January. I guess the tires on the Went in for a B service and to check the tires. They told me I needed new tires that I just bought from them in January. I guess the tires on the last 9000 to 12,000 miles. The service manager and the general manager were very rude telling me that I was running over Pot holes that’s what messed the alignment up. They told me that there was only a warranty if the tires blew out not for wear. Do not buy tires or use this service at Mercedes Benz of Columbus More

Phenomenal Service I got up and went to the dealership first thing this morning because my front tires gave me a warning. Phil guided me to a parking space and put air in the tires within 5 minutes. We were talking and he suggested I go ahead and get my 40,000 mile service so I did.
