I was pleased at how my car was towed in and inspected. I was also pleased at how they emailed me with the processing of my car. The information was detailed and very accurate to former diagnosis. My car wouldn’t start and Mercedes sent Rene over. He had it started in 2 minutes and noticed my battery was the original from 2014. He replaced it and was gone! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly….Rene should get a raise! I belong to AAA, called them first and they couldn’t figure out how to connect the jumper cables….what a waste of money…. More

The dealership is excellent; however, my AC was supposed to be fixed, but it is still not working. They installed refrigerant, AC oil, and dye. Tech evac and recharged AC system. Reported that AC was blowin to be fixed, but it is still not working. They installed refrigerant, AC oil, and dye. Tech evac and recharged AC system. Reported that AC was blowing cold. The AC is not blowing cold air. The air is hot. My cost was $297.29. AC is still not working properly. I have called but no one has returned my call. More
