Lauren was very nice and helpful in explaining the items of choice to be serviced on my vehicle. I chose to get quite a bit done on this service, including new brake pads and rotors. Unfortunately, they was of choice to be serviced on my vehicle. I chose to get quite a bit done on this service, including new brake pads and rotors. Unfortunately, they was a problem with the installation of the brake pads that caused a warning light to come on. So, I had to bring the car back to have that corrected. This tells me that there is an issue in the Mercedes internal test and inspection process and procedures after a service has been completed. Lauren was great, but anything time I have to take additional time to bring a car in, it does causes a conflict in my schedule. All in all, Mercedes did ok as everything was corrected. I just expect more out of this shop given the cost of services and prestige of this shop. More

Brought vehicle in, was told nothing was wrong. Pleaded with them to take a closer look. Next day they did, said they found the problem. Fixed the next day. I scheduled my vehicle for a specific known issue that I’m sure Mercedes gets all the time. But before they can troubleshoot that issue there was a recommendation of unknown issue. Without replacing the u I’m sure Mercedes gets all the time. But before they can troubleshoot that issue there was a recommendation of unknown issue. Without replacing the unrelated issue therefore they couldn’t check the issue that I originally brought it in the shop for. I was charged 150$ basically to tell me about another issue that I wasn’t having a problem with. If Lauren would have said the issue to my problem was the batteries then I would have completely understood the need for the batteries but you tell me I need to replace them before my issue can be diagnosed. Mercedes is a fully operational shop to where batteries could have been placed in vehicle for troubleshooting purpose to identify a problem. I would have came out better googling or YouTube my issue then dropping my car there for a 150 car wash. More
