Pleasantly surprised by their services. I expected extreme pricing but was pleasantly surprised that the diagnosis was waved when I used their services. I have solicited other Mercedes services and have found them to be more expensive and they don't offer any of the services that Mercedes of Columbus offers. Service was cheerful and helpful also.
