The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!! More

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Was trying to decide between a BMW and a Mercedes and happened to be helped at the Mercedes Dealership by Serpil Adams. That was my lucky day. When I Was trying to decide between a BMW and a Mercedes and happened to be helped at the Mercedes Dealership by Serpil Adams. That was my lucky day. When I told her what I was looking for she took me right to it and everything was handled perfectly from there. She got me the car on my terms and it is a great car. She was concerned about every little thing and has even checked back with me a couple of times to be sure everything is working just great.
