Next, our entire family stopped by after closing time and a manager was happy to get the keys and spend time showing the vehicle I had selected to my husband. Daniel's excellent listening enabled him to match our family with the perfect vehicle that met all of our needs within our desired price range. He brought it to our home, allowing me to drive it around the neighborhood & test how the car seats fit & 2nd/3rd row worked with them. The Dealership team made trading in my previous vehicle a dream, allowing for a seamless, stress-free process. Several team members stayed late, accommodating my husband's schedule the evening we signed papers & were extremely understanding with our rambunctious young children. We highly recommend Daniel & the dealership and will certainly return when we're in the market for our next purchase. More

They rolled out the red carpet treatment I took my E320 in for service. Rachel in the Service dept. took me the same day for repairs. I also decided to buy tires from them too. They offered a comfortable area to work on my laptop while I waited. They even sent me home in style in a new 2015 loaner for a night since my tires had to be ordered. They provided excellent customer service and I received so many follow ups from everyone thanking me for my business. I really appreciate that. 2 1/2 weeks after I bought my tires, I ended up getting a screw in my new tires while driving on the interstate in AL on a trip. I called the service dept. and Lauren helped me get a copy of my invoice so that I could provide that to a tire shop in order to get my tire replaced since I had left the receipt at home. I was able to get the tire replaced and only pay for installation. I was so happy that I was able to get everything taken care of while I was on travel. These folks really have my back. They treated me as part of the Mercedes family and I will give them my business and recommend them to all of my friends!!! More

She was very easy to work with and very easy to get along with. She was extremely down to earth and despite me not purchasing my vehicle from her( I took my car in for service, and was interested in trading in) she treated me like I was her very own customer. She took charge over my issue and really worked hard to get me a solution. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question or issue and made the entire process manageable and bearable. She was very skilled and knowledgeable and I'm forever grateful. It's funny, prior to me taking my car in for servicing I called the dealership and spoke to the receptionist whose name happened to be Abby also....when I got there i asked for Abby, and by me not knowing last names at that time they assumed I was speaking of the sales associate.....that assumption caused me to gain a friend and a new sales associate because I will be back to get my car from Abby! Debi was great at making the document process run smoothly and fast as well which was extremely helpful given our small children being present for the purchase. The Team here responded to my Internet Inquiry with respect and a sincere desire to help me get to the price I needed to make the Deal. "Zeke" was warm and sincere over the phone, plus very respectful of my time. I was treated like Royality when I arrived at the Dealership. Debi the Finance Manager was so very nice as well. For some misc. items, when she ran my VIsa Card the charge was denied! She was so polite and considerate of possible embarrassment to me. I knew the card had lots of charging capacity so I volunteered to call them for approval. She suggested: "before you do that, let me key in the number as at times the swipe does not work". She did just that and the charge was approved. She has a sincere desire to make this purchase process painless. I am so glad that I found this Team! More
