John, the Service Manager, and Rachel Napier, the Service Consultant make the process easy and are always available especially when I panic when I feel something has gone wrong with my car (I love my little convertible Benz)! Gary St.Louis in sales was the most helpful person i have ever dealt with in my car buying experience. He knew about the vehicle in detail and took his time in explaining it to my wife. Duane Hall the sales manager was vey helpful and courteous. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Debbie Lewis in finance was a pleasure to deal with. She made it the easiest paperwork i have ever signed before. The dealership was exceptionally clean and we got 5 star care while there. Dealing with Mercedes of Columbus was great! All of my expectations and needs were met during the buying process for my wifes car. I bought it as a surprise for our anniversary, so without my wif All of my expectations and needs were met during the buying process for my wifes car. I bought it as a surprise for our anniversary, so without my wife's knowledge. Never a good idea! Abby helped me reconcile this by ensuring all the correct questions were asked and answered. Though I bought another brand of Vehicle the people at Mercedes of Columbus were very professional and friendly. All of my needs were met and I never felt like I was being sold or handled.
