I originally visited another dealership/salesman who was referred to me by a friend. The salesman did not work to get the vehicle that I wanted even though I was willing to wait for the vehicle. He kept counterproposing options that did not fit my lifestyle. I went in to MB of Chantilly and within an hour of working with Zabed Chowdury, I had ordered my car exactly like I wanted. The pickup process was smooth. It was almost too easy of a process! More

Sadik was very rude and condescending. He was not welcoming at all and judged me. He made my experience horrible for this to be my first Benz purchase. I am a young black woman and he stereotyped me as soon as I walked in as if I was going to waste his time. He was very stubborn and arrogant the whole process until I finalized everything with David Han. He also had an attitude because I was trading a car in as if it was more work for him. Once the car was paid for he was all smiles and even sat in the car with me for 30 minutes to show me features I didn’t care about. I give Sadik 0 stars and I should’ve switched car sales men. On the other side my car is beautiful and exactly what I want. More
