My experience at MB Chantilly was simply great. The people there value their customers with interest as compared to their competitors (I had been to Audi twice). We were assisted by a very cheerful lad people there value their customers with interest as compared to their competitors (I had been to Audi twice). We were assisted by a very cheerful lady Elaine Soska. We were interested in GLK 350 and she gave her best to explain the features from Front to Rear with keen interest. We went the next morning to finalize between GLK 350 and Audi Q5; and we said the same to them. They gave their best quote and were willing to meet all our requirements than just forcefully trying to reduce their inventory. Along with Elaine; Steve and Prince helped us with the paperwork and finance from start to end. They made it look easy. It's almost a month now and have received two calls from Elaine regarding the performance of the vehicle. To conclude; it's a great dealership which truly cares for their customers. Lou Palombella is one of the best I have ever dealt with in buying a vehicle and I would recommend him to anyone buying a car dealership except he is leaveing and will no longer be there after 07/31/10. My bf and I went to pick out a new car for me. Freddie Hamad helped us from day 1. We went there with the intention of buying a C class, however, Freddie not only show us the C class but listened to what Hamad helped us from day 1. We ended up buying the E350 Coupe, in white. It had everything that I wanted and a great price. He was not pushy like many other sales rep. out there who tries to sell you whatever they can. Freddie was much more customer oriented and cared about what I wanted and not what he could sell.Even after we've bought the car, he called several times to congrats me and follow up with me. Overall, Great experience, 100% recommend and will definitely go back in the future. More
