My bf and I went to pick out a new car for me. Freddie Hamad helped us from day 1. We went there with the intention of buying a C class, however, Freddie not only show us the C class but listened to what Hamad helped us from day 1. We went there with the intention of buying a C class, however, Freddie not only show us the C class but listened to what I wanted and showed me other options. We ended up buying the E350 Coupe, in white. It had everything that I wanted and a great price. He was not pushy like many other sales rep. out there who tries to sell you whatever they can. Freddie was much more customer oriented and cared about what I wanted and not what he could sell.Even after we've bought the car, he called several times to congrats me and follow up with me. Overall, Great experience, 100% recommend and will definitely go back in the future. More
