Helpful and friendly staff. Pretty efficient. We made the deal, signed paperwork and loan papers all in about 3 hours. The car we purchased was not available on site. My first time at the Mercedes Benz of Chantilly in the Dulles Auto park. I found a 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged online with a decent price of $33K/50K miles. The sales rep, Rick Poage assisted me after an inquiry call. He was knowledgeable about the history and features. Truly an immaculate truck and somehow after their big sales event I walked away with this car for $31K. My overall experience was exceptional, these guys take care of their customers and sell quality cars. I bought the high-tech warranty and they threw in a lo-jack for a very nominal price. Mr. Mak Khan, finance manager, knows his business and is a people person ready to work angles to get to the point where you need to be at. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Everyone I encountered in Sales and Service were respectful, responsive and aware of my needs. Sodik was outstanding with his attention, expertise, courtesy and listening skills. We purchased our car late on the Sunday before 4th of July. We were treated well and not rushed even though the purchase ran well past closing. A day after the purchase I noticed I had missed a tear in the leather and was quite upset that I had overlooked this. I spoke with Sodik about it and he and his manager arranged for a contractor to fix the tear, after the purchase. They gave me a loaner car, since I had to leave to car overnight. The manager Steve and Sodik were especially helpful with this since they did not have to do this, but they wanted me to be happy. Also (very important) Sodik was the first of four dealers (all with the intention to purchase) we visited that allowed us to take the car out for a test drive without the dealer in the car. When we purchased previously, we have taken cars overnight from other dealerships, or were allowed to drive them without the sales-person in the car. However, we have occasionally experienced somewhat questionable or different treatment at times. As African-American we are especially sensitive to this. There was no disparate treatment at this dealership at all. More

I had a terrible experience last time when i gave my vehicle for my Transmission service and some engine recall. They took it back and re did somehting accepting their fault. But again i told them several times that im still not satisfied with the vehicle and no one even cared to call back. Also i having all sorts of worries and problems since then. This is my first time at chantilly and usually i go to tysons. i dont feel safe or comfortable driving my car like this anymore. Can someone care about your customers and give a courtesy call back. I cant take my car to a long drive and having feeling of wobbling and hear all kinds of sounds. they started happening since i took my car out of your dealership. More
Immediate attention after parking to look at cars, even though the closing time was only a few minutes away. Friendly, not pushy. Knowledgeable of the features and other vehicles on the lot. Gave me full attention when I returned the next day to do a test drive. Prompt, realizing I was on my lunch hour. When he realized I was serious about purchasing the vehicle, gave me a tag to drive it over night, kept my trade vehicle to get a trade price instead of making me wait, or coming back. Finance readily accepted my bank's load information and processed the laon quickly. I met the service advisor and know the process for using the service department. The car was filled with gas and washed, even though the transfer/sale process lasted until 30 minutes after closing time. Everyone stayed to see that we were satisfied. The tags were process quickly. Every contact made with anyone at Chantilly has been pleasant, done efficiently and well. More
