Each transaction was seemless and actually met more than my expectations. There were no hidden surprises. Mr. Gaither follows through with everything he states expediently. He always puts his "finished hands-on touch" after each car wash. He is particular about making sure that everything is perfect. I feel a sense of trust and confidence that my concerns are his concerns and they are handled with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have felt that none of my issues are unimportant as they all received the same attention and follow through. Mr. Gaither was definitely put to the test and he passed with an A+. I have found that after the sale, I continue to receive the best service in a "family-like" atmosphere. I am greeted with smiles by the front desk staff and others will walk over just to say hello. I also experienced great interactions with Juan, Fran, and Allison, who were instrumental during both purchases and my follow-up needs. I recently met Brian and Nigel, who spent time also making sure that my experience was great. They encouraged me to call for any questions or concerns.
