Finally, the use of a loaner was a plus. I really needed it as I work odd hours and I was considering renting a vehicle, until the option for a loaner was presented. I enjoyed the vehicle very much. I was very impressed with Mr. Harrigan, because, unlike other sales managers that I had met in the past, he was more interested that I was in fact getting the best deal financially and otherwise based on my preferences, so I felt comfortable dealing with him. This was important to me because I hate to feel that people are just interested in making a sale and really do not care about me. I had actually visited another Mercedes Benz dealership on the same day, but was disappointed with their service but after making my initial visit and meeting with Debbie, I told her I would buy the car from her. He gave me accurate information about the vehicles' condition and let me take it on a long test drive and got me a great deal on it, as well as a good value on my possible trade in, although I ended up selling it myself.
