Overall my experience was good. The sale person, Fred Pitts was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted in a car. The general sales manager,Vitaly Gurvich was extremely courteous and search around Pitts was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted in a car. They also offered me a good price for my trade and also more than wiiling to earn my business. I can also say that the new car sales manager,Brian Harrigan worked his magic to get my credit approved. There was an issue with how my credit was viewed through the computer but on the actual credit report reflects something different. The only problem that I have is with the finace manager, Fran King. I did not appreciate the attitude and the way she spoke to me. I can understand that it was at the end of the night and she may have been ready to go home but that is no excuse. I also work with customers on a daily basis and you do not go home until the last customer leaves your place of business. If she does not like her profession than she needs to find another profession. Her attitude is a reflection of Mercedes of Catonsville. More

I was extremely blessed to have Martin Mcintosh as my salesperson. Martin made me feel as if I was his only client in making any of my concerns his concerns, this was demonstrated in his willingness to s salesperson. I went into the dealership hoping to walk out with a new Smart Car but didn't expect it to happen. I wasn't as prepared with insurance information as I should have been and the sales representative was incr Smart Car but didn't expect it to happen. The sales representative didn't want me leaving with as unsafe of a car that I had. After several hours of work, I drove off the lot with a new Fourtwo Smart Car!
