This is the best car buying experience we have had in about 45 years. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and easy to work with. In addition to Brian and Eugene we worked with Garen Tuniev and Jeff about 45 years. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and easy to work with. Terrible experience having my GL 450 serviced three times so far in 2012. Juan the service manager is rude, and refuses to see the customer's perspective. Don't bother with customer relations or their GM Nigel - neither will return calls in an effort to resolve customer complaints. My GL450 has been in their bodyshop for 2 full weeks as of 7/20/12 and non of their management has bothered to return my calls to address all the delays in what should have been a small body repair from a very minor front end collision. I would never recommend buying from this dealership as their service is non-existent. Hiba Elmi More

After waiting without being acknowledged for about 15-minutes in the showroom of the BMW dealership across Route 40 from Mercedes of Catonsville, I decided to go across the street and take a look at M 15-minutes in the showroom of the BMW dealership across Route 40 from Mercedes of Catonsville, I decided to go across the street and take a look at Mercedes. (I was all set to buy another BMW to replace my 2007 X5, and my intention was to just kill time at the Mercedes Dealership.) At Mercedes of Catonsville I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist as I walked through the door, and even though there were a lot of other customers, I was promptly introduced to a sales representative. (The contrast with what I'd encountered across the street was striking.) The representative was very straight forward and easy to work with -- and after a test drive I surprised myself by buying a ML350 BlueTec. The vehicle that I ordered was delivered within the time frame promised. (Although initially it appeared that there might be a delay in delivery, Brian Harrigan called the factory and took steps to assure that I would have my new vehicle when expected.) During the build process I was given regular updates on the status, which was very nice. Because my original sales representative had taken another position, I took delivery of the ML350 from Neville Dick and Brian Harrigan. Both men were highly professional and very knowledgeable. They seemed eager to answer my questions and to make sure that I was fully satisfied. When I asked for help with a minor issue, one of the service technicians, who was off-duty and on his way home at the time, overheard and offered to "take a quick look" to see if he could resolve the issue. Other employees of Mercedes of Catonsville came along to see if they could help, and the issue was quickly resolved through a group effort. I was very impressed. More
I purchased a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 as a surprise for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Throughout the entire process Andy and the rest of the dealership staff were great. It took me several weeks for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Throughout the entire process Andy and the rest of the dealership staff were great. It took me several weeks and visits to the dealership to make my final decision and I never felt pressured. Andy helped me select the options and packages to give me the exact car that I wanted, and then searched for the vehicle, finally locating it in Massachusetts, and had it delivered to the dealer in a day. Andy and the rest of the staff even went out of their way to help me surprise my wife on our anniversary by prepping and positioning the car right in front of the front door of the dealership. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
