The whole buying process was beyond painful. I was told the car had equipment that it didn't have and I didn't find out about it until the car was delivered to me (we bought the car online without seeing i the car had equipment that it didn't have and I didn't find out about it until the car was delivered to me (we bought the car online without seeing it). Poor responses, some with half truths. Some of the issues were never resolved. Would expect better from a Mercedes dealer, but maybe I am used to our local dealerships. Truthfully now I wish I would have kept my business local rather than MB of Catonsville. More

I definitely got "Wowed". From the time I walked in until the time I drove away in my new car, I felt quality service was being provided.
