Duane Sanders was Awesome. My husband saw a truck on January 10,2017 and said I had to see it. We came around 7pm in the evening. Duane was sitting at his desk wo was Awesome. I asked if he would be able to show me the truck. He stopped right in is tracks and said no problem with a smile. He took us out on a test drive very knowledge of his product, because he carried himself in such a professional manner and I loved the ruck we decided to purchase with out hesitation. Poor leadership and business saviness Wanted to buy car from out of state. Told salesman my timeline/deadline to drive to Maryland and purchase vehicle. By the time the salesman got back to me it was pass my deadline. So I tried to work with them, and ask them to hold the car for a week (leaving a $5k to $10k deposit). Long story short. Their GM, Sam, would not do so. Lectured me on how many people do so then back out. Totally irritated since I'm not sure what this has to do with me (other's past behavior). So, long story short, Sam didn't want to be flexible or provide other options and hung up on me. Sad thing is I am committed/valued Mercedes owner (5 vehicles in 8 years). Way to go Sam/Catonsville Mercedes. Seems like someone needs to be retrained in customer service and loyalty recognition. More

Sleaziest Used Car Sales People I Have Ever Dealt With I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day to sign the paper work and pick up the car. I called my insurance agent and got the insurance coverage. Then Destin Kahl called me a hour later telling me that he sold my car to someone else for $1000 more. I know many used car sales people are sleazy. But at Mercedez Benz dealer, the most senior sales manager of the store, and for just a thousand bucks? It's guys like Destin Kahl that give all used car salesmen a bad name. Look at other reviews on the internet. This is not the first time this jerk has done it. Be careful when you deal with them. I am going to file a complaint against him with the store owner and Mercedes Benz USA. More

CAME FROM NYC TO LOOK AT A CAR WITH DUANE SAUNDERS I HAD BEEN TO A DOZEN MERCEDES DEALERSHIPS IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY. I WAS LIED TO BY SOME, AND WAS PRESENTED WITH CARS NOT WORTHY OF THE MERCEDES N I HAD BEEN TO A DOZEN MERCEDES DEALERSHIPS IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY. I WAS LIED TO BY SOME, AND WAS PRESENTED WITH CARS NOT WORTHY OF THE MERCEDES NAME. I HAD BEEN SPEAKING WITH DUANE FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS. HE DIDN'T WANT ME TO COME ALL THE WAY FROM NEW YORK CITY, UNTIL THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS IN HIS POSSESSION. I HAD MADE OTHER TRIPS TO OTHER DEALERS WHO SAID THEY HAD THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE EITHER LYING, OR THE CAR WAS NOT IN ANY CONDITION TO MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION, I.E DIRTY, MORE MILES THAN STATED, DIDN'T HAVE THE ACCESSORIES I WANTED. THE CAR THAT DUANE PRESENTED TO ME WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE. I HAVE A MERCEDES, WHICH I WASH AND DETAIL WEEKLY. I TAKE PRIDE IN HOW IT LOOKS WHEN I DRIVE IT. DUANE IS A SALESMAN WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HOW HE TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS KIND AND LOW KEY, HONEST AND REFRESHINGLY LOYAL TO HIS CUSTOMERS - A QUALITY I DIDN'T FIND IN MANY OF THE DEALERSHIPS I VISITED. WHEN MY CAR'S LEASE ENDS, I WILL GO BACK TO DUANE - WHO IS NOW NOT ONLY MY MERCEDES DEALER, BUT ALSO MY FRIEND - AND BUY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS. THANK YOU DUANE, ANDY AND DESTIN.
