While the Service Advisors (Juan, Elio) have been professional I expect consistent quality customer service from a dealership for a quality vehicle. While the Service Advisors (Juan, Elio) have been professional and attentive, Jill at the appointment desk has a way to go before matching their professionalism. I called to make an appointment and to find out if I could apply a coupon that was sent by the dealer, as well as find out how long the service would take so that I could plan accordingly. Instead of hearing out my question, Jill talked over me, cut me off, and then put me on hold before I completed my sentence. This was after I asked her to let me get my question out. She demonstrated poor customer service to say the least and it was not appreciated during what could have been a simple and smooth interaction. More

He scheduled the appointment, the people were waiting for my car when I arrived, a loaner was ready, and Juan was available for all my questions. Descrimiation Steve (New cars sales manager) and James Taylor cheated me and discriminated against me. I have been talking to both of them for 4 days on buying my first Mercedes Benz. Steve asked me to call Mercedes Financial for a final test before they granted me an approval. I passed the test. I wasn't able to connect with Steve till after the weekend because of wedding we are planning (Which Steve knew about this). When I tried to reach Steve on Monday afternoon he hung on me, I called him twice and left a voicemail and a text message but no call back. I did the same to James Taylor, he finally called me to say that I wasn't approved for a loan (WHICH WAS A LIE) and said someone came in and bought the car over the weekend. I was never treated like this in my life. These guys are not professional, cowards and racist. I don't recommmend this dealer for any one. I would have given the ZERO STAR if I was able to do so. More

The attorney in the family is willing to get a billboard to "advertise" their service and its quality. More
