As a black latino woman who has worked her entire life and has the right to purchase any vehicle i can afford, I feel underestimated, undervalued and marginalized by this dealers actions. Im questioned about my finances, my career and my need for a GLS.. its insulting and i won't be spending 80'g at this dealership and neither should you. TIME IS UP !!! stop treating people differently because of their sex, color or your preconceived notions about who deserves to own a MB, and sell cars... that is what you do, right???? While the Service Advisors (Juan, Elio) have been professional and attentive, Jill at the appointment desk has a way to go before matching their professionalism. I called to make an appointment and to find out if I could apply a coupon that was sent by the dealer, as well as find out how long the service would take so that I could plan accordingly. Instead of hearing out my question, Jill talked over me, cut me off, and then put me on hold before I completed my sentence. This was after I asked her to let me get my question out. She demonstrated poor customer service to say the least and it was not appreciated during what could have been a simple and smooth interaction. More
