Poor customer service (Apointment desk) I expect consistent quality customer service from a dealership for a quality vehicle. While the Service Advisors (Juan, Elio) have been professional I expect consistent quality customer service from a dealership for a quality vehicle. While the Service Advisors (Juan, Elio) have been professional and attentive, Jill at the appointment desk has a way to go before matching their professionalism. I called to make an appointment and to find out if I could apply a coupon that was sent by the dealer, as well as find out how long the service would take so that I could plan accordingly. Instead of hearing out my question, Jill talked over me, cut me off, and then put me on hold before I completed my sentence. This was after I asked her to let me get my question out. She demonstrated poor customer service to say the least and it was not appreciated during what could have been a simple and smooth interaction. More

My windshield needed to be replaced, and Juan was attentive from the onset of my call to the dealership. He scheduled the appointment, the people were waiting for my car when I arrived, a loaner was ready, and Juan was available for all my questions. The service was done when promised and I was on my way. Thank you to Mercedes Benz of Catonsville and Juan Ayala. I will not hesitate your service department to my friends. More

Descrimiation Steve (New cars sales manager) and James Taylor cheated me and discriminated against me. I have been talking to both of them for 4 days on buying my first Mercedes Benz. Steve asked me to call Mercedes Financial for a final test before they granted me an approval. I passed the test. I wasn't able to connect with Steve till after the weekend because of wedding we are planning (Which Steve knew about this). When I tried to reach Steve on Monday afternoon he hung on me, I called him twice and left a voicemail and a text message but no call back. I did the same to James Taylor, he finally called me to say that I wasn't approved for a loan (WHICH WAS A LIE) and said someone came in and bought the car over the weekend. I was never treated like this in my life. These guys are not professional, cowards and racist. I don't recommmend this dealer for any one. I would have given the ZERO STAR if I was able to do so. More

Their service dept managed to screw up a repair and service. Over 1.5 fallons of coolant ended up in the engine...of course, these people say no problem, just pay and shut up. The attorney in the family is willing to get a billboard to "advertise" their service and its quality. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience My fiancé and I had been searching for a specific make and model Mercedes Benz. We test drove several cars within a 200 mile radius of our home in Pennsylvania. The problem was that we were too specific with our online search for this vehicle. Finally we expanded our search to include more exterior colors. When find exactly what we were looking for at Mercedes Benz of Catonsville. Upon calling the dealership, I was connect to Erik Hershan. Erik's straight forward approach was much appreciated after some of our experiences through this process. He was very helpful in getting the best possible financing for us. We ended up making the deal and are very happy with our Certified Pre-Owned Benz. Addinationally, the Mercedes Benz of Catonsville dealership is a first class business. He was honest took all the time we needed to have our many questions answered. He allowed us to feel comfortable and with no pressure, even though we were the last customer to leave the dealership. We just can't say enough about his kindness and professionalism. We also went to family day and enjoyed everything about that evening. Learned a lot about Mercedes and just how passionate the service and staff personnel are about, not only the cars, but us, the customer and our service.
