I scheduled my car for they said a a 3 hours maintenance repair. And it should be delivered the same day that I dropped off the car. At 5 pm that day, I still have not heard from Jacqui, so I called and was repair. And it should be delivered the same day that I dropped off the car. At 5 pm that day, I still have not heard from Jacqui, so I called and was placed in her voicemail. At 5:30 pm I follow-up call with no returned call either. At 6 pm, the operator was planning to forward the call to Jacqui until I insist to have another person receiving my call , so my call was picked up by Jonathan( I think that’s the name, he said it’s ready but need to find out where Jacqui was so Jacqui has few things to go over with me about my car. At 6:30 I called back again and he said wait for the Lyft. I was outside waiting and there was text asking me to pay for the service which I answered, I need to see the car before I pay. At 6:50 Jonathan called and cancelled the lyt since they are closing a few minutes . He said callously that you can pick up the car in the morning. I called in the morning talking to Jacqui and she said the car was finished late and therefore she did not call. It was a terrible experience waiting all day without your car and to canceled evening appointments. I was expecting for Jacqui to informed me of the status of the repair so I can make a reasonable accommodations that day. Overall it was a bad experience since you trust the dealership to Keep their words and if not to be honest with me that it was not done on time. That I can deal with and plan for afternoon appointment and next day early appointment. Robert try to pacify my anger, but it’s sad that for the service rep it was business as usual attitude.. I also leave a message to whomever the operator as per my request to leave my complaints. Nobody called me back. I’m not sure if Robert was the one who picked up my call because he came and asked me what happened. More
My service advisor was great. Courteous, respectful and great knowledge of rhe job. He informed me every few minutes as to how the process worked. They also cleaned my vehicle. We purchased 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 two weeks ago and had pleasure of having Saliou Kane as our sales agent. He was knowledgeable and professional, along with friendly and caring. He made the process very smooth for us, and would recommend anyone going into Mercedes Benz Catonsville to ask for Mr. Kane. Happy with the car purchase and Mr. Kane! More
I wish there was a way to give a NEGATIVE star to this dealer. I took my car to this dealer to fix a flat tire and reinstall it which cost me three hours. Some of their service advisors spend so much time chatting and flirting with each other that they have no time to take care of customers. I was there for three hours but my service advisor not only did not approach me even once to give me an update, she did not respond to even my text messages. Anytime, I tried to find her she was either chatting with other service advisors or other staff or not at her desk. I was there before 10:30am and until 11:50AM no work had been done on my car as the car was still locked. Around 12pm, the Mercedes App alerted me that the car was unlocked and around 12:10Am the car was turned on. I got tired of not receiving any update, finally found a chance to speak with the service advisor around 12:45PM to find out that my car was already ready to go and she even did not bother to tell me. If you wonder how this could happen then read the rest of this review. My car was covered by Mercedes Roadside Assistance but when I got the flat tire, they failed to find someone to fix my car so told me to later send the documents to the service manager of a local dealer for reimbursement. The Koon's service manager was even worse than the service advisor. I tried over and over and over to reach him by email or phone but he would not answer either. I finally got a chance to speak with him at the dealer and he asked for some documents which I emailed him in the afternoon and also told him about my experience. I asked him to acknowledge that he has received the documents which he never did. I sent him a reminder two days later and asked him to acknowledge that he has received my documents which he did not again. I called his direct phone number many time but his phone immediately goes to the voice mail and he would never reposed despite the fact that I left so many voice messages. I called their customer service and asked to connect me with him but then he did not answer. I called the customer service again and asked to speak with someone from their customer relation team but again even they did not want to hear me. Please stay away form this dealer and go to Owings Mill which will save your time and provide a much better service. More
