I thought when I dealt with you, all during the height of Covid was my worst interaction with your company, but this was the worst. I am a former auditor investigator with the state of Maryland, and it’s only speculation, but I can speculate why they did not want to do any business with me after that point I told them I would pay for the repairs out of my pocket myself, but they did not want to do business with me. I was literally on the phone with , the service manager who told me no I couldn’t have the work done and I was on the other line with the service rep who is waiting for me to bring a down payment up there to get the work done so something is wrong with that picture, also when my car was returned to me forcefully The carpet were still ripped up. The wiring was still ripped out and I could not even put the key in to try to see if it was going to start that is not the condition that I had that car towed into your shop and I am thoroughly disgusted and I am planning on possibly , taking action if nothing is done about it in the next 30 days my daytime number is 44372229195 thank you More
We went to buy a used car and negotiated the deal over two days in person and over the phone. We were at dinner about the same time we settled, and asked if we could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle; they said they don't do that. So, then we asked if we should come in that evening but they said we could wait till first thing in the morning, since it would require some prep and we would arrive close to closing time. We were assured that the deal would remain available and our car and paperwork would be prepped and ready for us when we made the appointment. We arrived at the dealership 20 minutes early with our 3 kids who were extremely excited to pick up the new car! When we approached our sales rep, we could tell there was a problem - she did not look happy and apologized. A short explanation later revealed that there was another deal in progress on our vehicle. We asked to speak with the manager. The car we were buying is still sitting in the front parking lot at this time so they have not taken delivery. The sales manager explains that the other deal was being made and due to a (serious) lack of communication, they were unaware that two deals were being made on the same day. It was highly unlikely that this would happen he said but the other couple had come out of state and got there before us so they would honor the first-to-arrive according to his reasoning. The sales manager offered to make this right and expressed that he will find us another comparable model within the dealer network however their very deceptive and unethical practice thus far has not instilled much faith on the follow through. Upon departing, we noticed that our car was pulling out and at first we thought the other buyers had completed deal and were leaving, but then they put a dealer plate on the back... they were going for a test drive. We arrived with a handshake-deal, ready to sign, and showed up at the mutually agreed upon time to pick up our vehicle... our disappointment and frustration with this experience has by far outweighed any other car buying venture we have ever had. At the end of the day, this dealership and the sales manager were dishonest and unfair and we feel our business is not appreciated. More

He listened attentively to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions to ensure he had a complete understanding of the problem, and even requested a video to better assess the issue. His courteous and proactive approach immediately put me at ease. When the mechanics diagnosed the problem, Yousef delivered the unfortunate news that the repair would cost approximately $3,500 and was not covered under warranty. Despite my disappointment, he listened patiently as I expressed my objection, noting that the car was only four years old with less than 40,000 miles. Understanding my concern, Yousef took the initiative to discuss the matter further with his warranty supervisor. Thanks to his efforts, he was able to secure a courtesy coverage for the repair, which was a huge relief. Yousef kept me informed throughout the entire process. He explained the steps involved, including the coordination with an outside vendor since the convertible top repair was beyond the dealership's capabilities. He efficiently arranged the drop-off date and provided regular updates. During one of these updates, Yousef informed me that an additional part needed replacement—not because it was broken, but because it appeared worn out. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that I wouldn't face additional downtime with my vehicle in the near future. I took my vehicle in for a service that was under warranty. They did the initial inspection and did the repair and half of the time that they said it possibly would take. I was pretty amazed.
