Worst experience ever at a repair shop. Was told they would look at my vehicle on a Tues. dropped it off on Mon night and rented a car for the week. Fri, they still had not looked at my veh Was told they would look at my vehicle on a Tues. dropped it off on Mon night and rented a car for the week. Fri, they still had not looked at my vehicle. I could have used my vehicle and not had to rent a vehicle the whole week. I had taken it in to have a sensor fixed. While my vehicle was in the shop they broke an additional part, that was not an issue beforehand, that cost 3x the original repair. The part that was broken then made my vehicle "undrivable" and would need to be towed if I wanted to take it somewhere else. This left me with my vehicle stuck at their shop and at the mercy of them. Would give 0 stars if available. Would not recommend. All previous experiences with Mercedes dealerships have been excellent. This one is horrible. More

I had a frustrating experience with this service. When they came to pick up my car, they forgot to bring a loaner car. After they arrived, they told me I needed to reschedule because they didn't have When they came to pick up my car, they forgot to bring a loaner car. After they arrived, they told me I needed to reschedule because they didn't have one available. I rescheduled for another day, and they brought the loaner car then. However, during the drop-off, they told me they will come after 45 min and I wasn’t ready since its very short notice window. They returned my car and took the loaner back in under an hour of notice. I asked if we could arrange a different time, but they told me that if I didn’t accept the current timing, I would need to drop off my car myself. I spoke with the manager, but she was unhelpful and simply repeated the same message without offering any assistance. More
