This dealer was one of four that I had contacted when inquiring about a possibly purchase, and the only one from which I did not get a single response. The others gave me quotes, e-mail and phone respons inquiring about a possibly purchase, and the only one from which I did not get a single response. The others gave me quotes, e-mail and phone response as well as advice , some better, some worse. However, nothing from Calabasas, Zip. After talking with a sales representative on the phone explaining my situation, i never heard from him again. A few months later, I scheduled a test drive because they were the only dealer in my area that had the model I was intertested in for this purpose. I arrived only to meet another pushy, disinterested sales person that expected me to buy the car after test driving it for 5 minutes with him along (no more time allowed) without being exceptionally friendly or informative and ignoring my repeated statements that I did not like the color and that it was missing desired equipment. I can't speak for the service since I have not bought a car there and don't plan on doing so or taking my current car there for servicing. More
