Thanks for reaching out. I had asked Rosa on multiple occasions to get the new GM to contact me, including on a couple of the visits to your location to try to get the issue squared away and I never received a call or message. At this point, I’m not sure what your manager will say. I do, however, appreciate Rosa’s communications, she was able to process a refund, and I subsequently drove down to pick up the check a few days after she processed the refund and cancellation of the policy.
