I returned a lease on a 2010 Mercedes S400 and was told that additional forms would need to be signed in order to complete the return. That is fine. I was told that I needed to contact Ken Lemler in order that additional forms would need to be signed in order to complete the return. That is fine. I was told that I needed to contact Ken Lemler in order to get those forms signed. I proceeded to call him and leave messages on 5 separate occasions asking for clarification and to see if he could fax the forms to me in order to get them signed as I was leaving the country for the month of July. He failed to respond to me each time and so on Tuesday, the day I left town, I sent my assistant out to procure the forms and he was told, not by Ken Lemler but by another Mercedes Employee, that the forms could not be faxed as they are legal documents. He was also told that he could not be given the forms in person. If Ken had simply returned my calls then I could have avoided a huge waste of time. I had asked if there was a manager I could speak to regarding Ken's lack of responsiveness, and was told that he was the manager. I then asked for the General Manager, and was told that he was out of town on vacation for the week of the 4th. So instead I'm forced to write this review of the unprofessionalism displayed by Ken Lemler. I understand that a lease return is not as important as a sale is, but common courtesy is expected. More

Not the typical service center that one might expect. It seems as if they know almost every customer by name when they walk through the door.
