Honored Written quote I received a written quote for a GLK . I am over 2 hours away from this dealer but they had exactly what I wanted and the price was great. Upon arriva I received a written quote for a GLK . I am over 2 hours away from this dealer but they had exactly what I wanted and the price was great. Upon arrival I drove the car, loved it and filled out my paper work. I waited 4 hours for my turn with the finance department. When it was my turn they discovered the sales guy had made a mistake on the written quote by $6,000.00. In the end, I made that 2+ hour drive back home in my original car. I believe/hope the sales guy made an honest typo, but no one made any attempt to satisfy me. I offered to meet them half way (pay $3000.00 more than quoted). They are a big profitable organization and I'm just a working stiff. If I could take the hit for $3000.00 so could they. It wasn't my mistake. I had bought a car from them before. You'd think they would care. The story continues and ends very good for me. Tim Roach, the salesman, killed himself to make me whole. I ended up getting a car 5000.00 less than MSRP. I LOVE my new car and this guy Tim is upper honorable. More

I explained the car is NOT showroom ready, dishing every detail INCLUDING some costs on which repairs would be needed to make the car perfect for sale on a Mercedes used car lot (2003 Porsche 911 C4S) -prior to agreeing to come out, *warning them ahead of time* that I do not like to be "baited and switched." AND I'd be coming from Moorpark, nearly 25 MILES away. 4. Well sure enough, I get there and the nit picking begins, though I was told "we totally understand it's a 12 year old car". 5. After (finally) looking at the VIN and running it, they come to the understanding that there was an accident, though the title remains a clean title. ---well DUH, that would be the failing paint on the right front corner panel and right door which *I warned them about* (they admit their cost only a $250 per panel repair ==$500 and for the accident they now want to take me from $23k to UNDER $20K) Making a LONG story short, soon thereafter, they say they don't even WANT the car after I was ready to let them steal it wholesale at $20k--- for a 2003 Porsche 911/996 C4S with 105k miles and IMS Upgrade RMS done and 20k miles new Sachs Racing clutch!!! They greedily walked away from a car they would've invested a total 22k in AFTER repairs, turned it around on their used lot for 28k, walking away with SIX GRAND PROFIT GROSS!!! ---instead, they get nothing, and I get a wasted Half of a day, a WASTED TRIP and minimum TEN BUCKS fuel cost to and fro- (25 miles to and 25 back). THANKS MERCEDES BENDS OF CALA-BAT-xxxxS!!! More

They send us an e-mail confirmation and even called us the night before to confirm our appointment, so after work we made our way through the rush hour to Calabasas, which took us more than an hour to get there. When we arrived at 7:00pm (punctually!), our contact person was not available. We had to wait for 10 minutes until actually someone started to deal with us. Unfortunately, that person had no idea where the car was. We were referred to another staff member who had no idea either and started to chase us through all three levels of the entire parking lot in order to look for the car which, in the end, was still not to be found. That guy checked with another colleague who made a phone call and found out that the car is actually in the shop, which was already locked and nobody knew where the key was. We were asked to take a seat at a rep’s desk where a cup of coffee obviously was lying for quite a while and the spilled coffee was all over the desk. The man tried to find out how to get into the shop and another guy came back after a while. He finally told us that they decided not to sell the car because obviously it was so broken (no word about that in the ad and no hint in the pricing either!!) that it would cost them too much to fix it. Although quite upset, we gave them a second chance by specifying what we are looking for. The research took quite a while and yet another member of staff took us to the parking lot. None of the cars he showed us met more than one of the four criteria we specified (if you ask for a convertible, you don’t want to be shown non-convertibles, right?!). Of course, all of them apologized, but we weren’t even offered a reimbursement on the fuel we wasted, not to mention our evening which has had it. TO SUM IT UP: 1:15h drive to Calabasas + 50 min chaos at the dealer + 1:05h to drive back home = 3:10h WASTED. Thanks for nothing, Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas! More

Cons: they didn't mention there was only 1 smart key and would cost $300 to get a 2nd key. (found out later) More

I can sit here and bash on this place and it's unprofessional employees from receptionist to the top... if u decide to go through your bank or pay cash, rest assured their attitude will change. I was lied to twice and now they know they screwed up so now they want their car back. Really simple for them now that money has been spent customizing the car to my needs. I'm the most humble person you could ever know... despite my Just deal with it attitude, they are making it near impossible to keep my bearing. they are just sitting on this deal until my bank approval letter expires (tomorrow). I guarantee i will hear from them the following day. Great job Calabasas. More

I was shown a vehicle, signed contract and then i received a call by sales manager telling me that the deal was off. He basically told me that I was a suspect to ship the vehicle out of the country. Because I was financing the vehicle with my own bank. They saw a Hispanic name on the contract and automatically assumed the worst. When I made the deal, I provided them with everything. Until now a week later i haven't seen my deposit back and a straight answer from them. I have own BMW since 2003 and I am so sorry to have tried to switch to Mercedes Benz. I guess if you have a foreign name, you need to prove Mercedes that you are wealthy enough to buy their vehicles. I guess you need to be prepared to show them bank statements, w2 forms to show them that you can afford a piece of crap Mercedes. Going back to BMW to buy my new vehicle. More

Gives some credit to David whom I believe is the guy allowing this to happen also Elliott whom worked on my papers and put up with my questions regarding documents ! I would recommend anyone talking to Jenna if you're looking for a car, I'm not saying you'll get the best price or a lot of discount but talk to her and you'll see why it's worth your time. More
