Con-Benz Twice I came here to look at an advertised used car. TWICE, the advertised car was not even ready to be seen let alone test driven. Third time there, Twice I came here to look at an advertised used car. TWICE, the advertised car was not even ready to be seen let alone test driven. Third time there, no one could find the keys. Total waste of time. Sales guy kept trying to force a similar car on me, seemed unable to grasp the fact I wanted the advertised car. This place is a joke. The Three Stooges could run the place better than it's being run. I don't care how good of a price they might offer, I will never go back there again. More

The used car dealer stereotype of dishonesty, lying and general lack of integrity has been skillfully demonstrated by the staff of Calabasas Mercedes- The used car dealer stereotype of dishonesty, lying and general lack of integrity has been skillfully demonstrated by the staff of Calabasas Mercedes-Benz. Last week I placed a down payment on a car found thru their "Sonic" automotive site located at a sister Mercedes-Benz dealer. I was assured that the car was available, no one else had bought or made a down payment and would only take a few days to get here. I proceeded to acquire full funding, made a deal on my existing car and got a rental for the anticipated few days I would need. Monday I received message that the car was no longer available, had a mechanical problem and was sold wholesale. This car was listed with 6011 miles and had just passed a 165 point inspection by a certified MB mechanic. When I requested what the problem was, they didn't know and laughed when I asked what part of the 165 point inspection would have missed an implied major mechanical problem. In addition to casting serious doubt as to the value of a certified inspection, there was serious doubt with respect to the honesty of the failure. After visiting the dealer and lengthy discussion as to the truth, the sales manager finally admitted that there was no mechanical issue and the car was sold to someone else retail and that there is an integrity issue within their dealerships, REALLY! I discussed at length the impact that these dishonest dealings have on people, was just not expecting this kind of low level dealing at a Mercedes dealer. They have absolutely no respect or care about their customers what so ever. Should have read some of their other reviews before I went to buy from them. More

They resubmitted my loan which had been approved removing my cosigner's name so that my loan company would deny me. 5. The trade-in I had looks better than the Mercedes. 6. And the icing on the cake is when I called there, their sales person put there financial person on speaker and I heard him say, " tell that word for female dog anything." More
Recent visit Brought my car for repairs. Loaner was not available and was dropped off by the shuttle service. Very nice and courteous driver. My service adviser Brought my car for repairs. Loaner was not available and was dropped off by the shuttle service. Very nice and courteous driver. My service adviser, Alon, was courteous. Tried to fix my problem of key not unlocking the vehicle, on the spot. After checking a few of the fuses - he had to keep the car overnight. Miraculously the car started to work on its own before the mechanic could get too involved. Sent a shuttle to pick me up and there was no charge.!! The car is working fine now. More

Then the car we purchased had features that didn't work and had to spend time in the service department the following week. And Mercedes doesn't get back to you. They don't care about customers. We won't be back. More
My 2014 S-550 service Service manager, Wes Crown and his guys at Calabasas Mercedes were at top of their game, professional, helpful and courteous. My front right tire had Service manager, Wes Crown and his guys at Calabasas Mercedes were at top of their game, professional, helpful and courteous. My front right tire had a small sidewall bubble. It is caused by air leaking from the inside of the tire into the carcass or body of the tire. I asked if the tire can be repaired? The answer was No, unfortunately sidewall bubbles cannot be repaired. Because the area flexes while driving a patch will not stay in place. The bubble also indicates there is structural damage to the tire that cannot be repaired. A tire in this condition could fail without warning and should not be driven on. They recommended the spare tire be used until a replacement can be found. The tire must be replaced. They ordered my new tire and Saturday 9/26 will be installed.
