A good experiance I saw a 2008 CLK cab posted online from Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. The posting was so new there wasn't even a picture (it turns out the car was in de I saw a 2008 CLK cab posted online from Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. The posting was so new there wasn't even a picture (it turns out the car was in detailing being made into almost new condition). The same cars with twice the milage were being sold by others at the same price. This car was a one owner, with all servicing up to date. I was there in a few hours (luckily because I wasn't the only one interested) and worked with Alfredo De Leon. It was a cash deal and I didn't get any upsell which was appreciated. I met with Jason McCann, the service manager who is the nicest guy and even though he knew I didn't live near Calabasas and so wouldn't be servicing the car there, explained so much about the car that he really gave me confidence in my purchase. I would definitely trust him with any service on the car if I lived anywhere near this dealership. Something special that happened was that the detailing was going to take 2 days and my wife and I would pick up the car on Saturday, but a problem with a seam in the cab convertible top delayed pick up until Monday. My wife would be at work on Monday and I didn't want to spring for Uber/Lyft and complained to Alfredo who volunteered to pick me up and drove the 45 minutes each way. That's service, especially on a used car deal! My wife and I are so happy with the car. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. More

Great Accommodations We are on our 3rd lease with Calabasas MBZ. Every transaction is smooth and seamless. Jeremy in the Lease dept always keeps in touch with over the yea We are on our 3rd lease with Calabasas MBZ. Every transaction is smooth and seamless. Jeremy in the Lease dept always keeps in touch with over the years and remembers everything from day one. We just exchange a couple emails on what we want. Jeremy will find it and let us know when to come pick up the car. The facility is great and location is easy to get in and out of. The Purchase at MBZ of Calabasas really gives a feeling like you a have private MBZ concierge. More

Average Military guy w FOUR MBZ over 5 years. Another MBZ to my name (C300 2dr coupe) Beautiful car in Silver and tinted. I met Jeremy I. Thombs about 5 years ago and had a budget for a Honda and he set me up big time in C230, Then a C250, and another CLA250 and a few weeks ago he again pushed the #s for me and took back my C250 LEASE and set me up big in a new C300. Not once have i ever felt like MBZ was out to make me a # and a plus one for a sales persons monthly commission numbers. I stated my $ budget and MBZ / JT made it happen. I will always buy my cars from MBZ Calabasas, or wherever J Thombs finds himself behind a desk. I am an Army Reservist (37F Airborne) and a Water Treatment Operator for the CIty and noone can figure out why i have always had such nice cars. I tell them " Talk to JT and just ask politely and he will get you rolling!" I must also say that J Thombs is an all around genuine good guy as well who is anything but a typical salesman looking to sell a car!" I can say this because i once sold cars and i was a snake. Other local dealers were not even close to the #s JT assisted me with. More
