Just need one word to summarize my experience..."wow" I was in the market for a new Mercedes since my lease was up in a few months and I wanted to get ahead of the curve so I wouldnt have to make a last m I was in the market for a new Mercedes since my lease was up in a few months and I wanted to get ahead of the curve so I wouldnt have to make a last minute hasty decision. I leased my old CLA 250 from Calabasas and had a wonderful experience, so when Jeremy reached out to me first, I was very receptive. He went over some super aggressive numbers and like a good consumer I still wanted to shop around. I went to 2 other Mercedes dealerships and mentioned the aggressive offer Jeremy gave me. Without laughing, they assumed I was joking. One of them even said, "if he actually gives you this deal, let me know, because I'll go up there and buy one." Jeremy was a straight shooter. He told me the numbers over the phone and when I got up there, he didnt wavier from them. Sitting in his office, another customer came in super appreciative of Jeremy's work and it just confirmed that Jeremy and Calabasas is truly the real deal. Let's be clear, two dealerships conceded to Calabasas' offer! The first thing I did after I shook Jeremy's hand was call the other dealership. Looks like they are gonna have to start getting their cars at Calabasas. More
