This is the greatest place to buy a car. They are honest, which is very unusual for a car place. I wouldn’t trust myself to anybody else. They are honest, which is very unusual for a car place. I wouldn’t trust myself to anybody else. More

Disappointed that the prepaid service contract I bought covering 4 yrs/40,000 miles was deactivated after about a year with no communication due to paperwork errors in the paper of the dealership finance d covering 4 yrs/40,000 miles was deactivated after about a year with no communication due to paperwork errors in the paper of the dealership finance department. Strange that I was able to use it for our first oil change, but since then I’ve spent several hours between corporate and the dealership trying to get it squared away. Friday was told in 24 hours it should be fine, I waited 48 business hours to call and it still isn’t squared away. An assistant manager called me back and told me to just bring the car to them for service but I’d have to wait from Tuesday until the following Monday to get a loaner. Not sure if it was Raja and the paperwork for the contract he sold me or how David with a crappy propose solution which still doesn’t fix the underlying issue. More
I want to start by saying that my salesman Gus and Nick who assisted when Gus was out, were both very helpful and the reason it’s at least a 2 star review. Where my complaints lie are with management, who who assisted when Gus was out, were both very helpful and the reason it’s at least a 2 star review. Where my complaints lie are with management, who I never met face to face, and the misunderstanding with one of the finance managers. I went to purchase a Tesla Model 3 and the one I was looking at qualified for the 2024 federal EV tax credit. This was a big selling point for the car and before I made a decision to come in I wanted to verify that I could use the tax credit in the purchase of the vehicle (which you can do) and that I agreed with the numbers using my own bank. Everything looked good and Gus gave me the numbers which were agreeable. I live in San Clemente and only was going to make the drive if everything would work so I didn’t waste my time and drive all the way to Calabasas. I got there, it was a Sunday, and everything looked good to go. The finance manager got me to the point of the EV credit and per some email he pulled up, he said it could not be used in the purchase of the vehicle. Obviously this was a huge disappointment and I was only going to buy if I could use it so the deal was pretty much over, even though I did what I could to source information from the IRS’s website to prove it should be fine. He refused and said he’d let me know if anything changed. The next day Gus calls me and apologizes on the finance manager’s behalf because he was actually wrong (shocker), and the deal can still be made. I agree but only, I refuse to drive all the way back. Gus says we can ship paperwork at their expense and I can use my AAA towing to get the car home. It’s Friday and everything is good to go and I send AAA. Nick is now helping me with everything as Gus is off that day, and the tow is coordinated with Nick. AAA calls me stating that the dealer will not let them take the car. Come to find out management stepped in and said no because of some odd reason I still don’t understand, but knowing the situation and instead looking the other way on policy, I was expected to pick up the car. Now on Friday evening in the worst hours to drive I head over to pick up my car that Nick has kindly coordinated even a little after hours to do something for me as I wanted to take delivery to drive it the next day. The vehicle also had no floor mats or charging equipment but that’s a small gripe. Overall I feel that management did nothing to try and accommodate or compensate myself in some way making a far drive through LA and Orange County traffic to buy their vehicle. More
