Not terribly satisfied I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & expli I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & explicitly said not to do so. 2. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and the wheels were bent & brakes were bad. I had to take the car to a 3rd party auto shop to diagnose the problem that arose shortly after having purchased the vehicle (shaking). The sales reps and service managers were not very much help. I was in fact hung up on multiple times by the sales reps. (Sunil & Others) Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the Pre-Owned Director told me that "Mercedes are expensive cars" (as though I was unaware) and that "if I have a far commute, that this wear is normal." Which is ridiculous. According to that, I need new brakes and rotors every 3 weeks. smh The one redeeming factor is that they did fix the rims/wheels. I would give a big thanks to the Customer Relations Manager who went above and beyond with all my concerns. Danielle is great! More

Love the no pressure environment - Bought E class 350 Overall experience was good. Why only 3 stars? 1. The salesman did not demo me all the features. It was 8:00 PM when the deal was consummated. 2. Overall experience was good. Why only 3 stars? 1. The salesman did not demo me all the features. It was 8:00 PM when the deal was consummated. 2. I thought that the car had push button start. The salesman said that the term was keyless and I need to insert the key to start the car. That was total mis-information as found out next day, that there is a part to plug in to the keyhole and I really have the push button feature. the salesman was not aware of this. 3. Next day, I went back to the dealership as one of my remote was not working. Apparently needed to change the battery in this remote. The product specialist showed me all the features, spent the time to answer my questions and ensures that I have the understanding of all the features and setting it up in the car. Mercedes set up is not straight forward and I appreciate the hand holding by the product specialist. The salesman also learned along the way. 4. After 3 days, the second remote stopped working and I bought the battery at Amazon and replaced it myself. Did not want to go back to the dealer. 5. The key is - the CPO car is in excellent shape despite lot of miles. I am pleased with the purchase. More
