Amazing sales experience I recently purchased a GLA250 from Mercedes of Calabasas and I was pleasantly surprised how genuine, patient and interested my salesperson Anna was in I recently purchased a GLA250 from Mercedes of Calabasas and I was pleasantly surprised how genuine, patient and interested my salesperson Anna was in making sure I was happy with buying a new car. She was knowledgeable and respected my budget while maintaining a fiscal position that made sense for Mercedes. Anna also took care of finding the right match for me as the exact car was not at this dealership. Within one day she had the car. My wife loves the car and thanks to Mercedes of Calabasas I was able to surprise her for her birthday on time! More

Upselling I was told I needed 4 new tires for around $1,400 despite my having tires purchased less than 2 years ago with less than 15,000 miles. Others who checked the tires claimed they have at least 10,000 more miles left. I was also told, as I have been nearly every time I have brought my car in for service, that I need brake pads, despite that service having been performed recently as well. More

Not terribly satisfied I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & expli I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & explicitly said not to do so. 2. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and the wheels were bent & brakes were bad. I had to take the car to a 3rd party auto shop to diagnose the problem that arose shortly after having purchased the vehicle (shaking). The sales reps and service managers were not very much help. I was in fact hung up on multiple times by the sales reps. (Sunil & Others) Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the Pre-Owned Director told me that "Mercedes are expensive cars" (as though I was unaware) and that "if I have a far commute, that this wear is normal." Which is ridiculous. According to that, I need new brakes and rotors every 3 weeks. smh The one redeeming factor is that they did fix the rims/wheels. I would give a big thanks to the Customer Relations Manager who went above and beyond with all my concerns. Danielle is great! More
