He was very friendly, and well informed on all the features of the car. He made the whole purchasing process run smoothly and feel relaxed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the financing department seemed to be a little back up, and we had to spend some time waiting. We arrived at 11:30am and left with our beautiful car at 4:30pm. More

Service I bought my car here and it wasn’t pleasant. I spoke with the manager and he gave me a new salesperson. From that point on I have had nothing but great experiences. One of my key FOBS just stopped working. They explained the process of getting a new key and it all went smoothly. When it’s time for another new car I’ll go back there. More

Unscheduled service I had the problem of my automatic folding mirrors, when locking the car, suddenly not working. This happened on a Saturday evening. I also had a recall for an update, that I needed to address. I went to MB of Calabasas at 7:15 A M on Monday, to see if I could get help. There happened to be a service writer there, who saw me in the service area, which was not really open. I explained my problem of the mirrors. He immediately went into the menu system and corrected that problem. He then told me he was expecting a mechanic in early, who would take care of the recall. I was out of the dealership by a little past 8:15 with an offer of washing the car. I declined, as it was raining, Once again, I am so happy with the service I receive at M B of Calabasas. More
Amateur hour This dealership is unprofessional in every way possible. Sold me a used luxury SUB with an obvious (to an inspecting mechanic) defect. Known defects t This dealership is unprofessional in every way possible. Sold me a used luxury SUB with an obvious (to an inspecting mechanic) defect. Known defects took over 30 days to coordinate repair, only to have repair be unsuccessful. They couldn’t even install a front license plate bracket on the car while the had it for a week. Eventually I confronted them on the quality of the vehicle and their failure to fulfill repairs. They offered to exchange it for another used vehicle. Despite having coordinated the vehicle and all needed information over a week before exchange, not a single piece of paperwork for the deal was prepared when I arrived. Neither was the vehicle detailed or preped in any way. The used car sales manager didn’t come out of his office once in 2 1/2 hours to express any empathy for the way his dealership had failed. The salesman himself was also indifferent about the whole thing. When we finally went to leave, my wife almost sat on a razor blade left on the seat when their detailers had removed stickers from the windshield?! When the dealership had to mail us something they couldn’t even coordinate to get our address off of the myriad of paperwork they had, and didn’t have our right phone numbers? Lastly, three weeks after turning in the other vehicle I get a late notice from the bank. I called the dealership and they claimed they didn’t have the payoff info. Needless to say, I had given it to them a week before the vehicle was turned on. And, they had 2 1/2 hours while they wasted my time to ask for the information again. Moreover, they just sat on the vehicle with no title and no way to pay it off for three weeks until I called them??? Amateurs, incompetent, and unprofessional in ways I couldn’t image the closed down gas station used car dealership ever being. Mercedes Benz? Sonic? Brand means nothing at this place. I could have told this to General Manager Mike Franz. I tried to get a hold of him to tell him how badly they handled the second deal as well. But he never called me back again after I agree to buy the replacement vehicle there. More

Honesty and good attitude I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty expired, I took it to Calabasas and they took care of it on the first visit. Now I take my new one to them, the service is excellent, they keep you informed of the status, great attitude and promptness, and all of this with a smile. I highly recommend it. More
