I was told that they are unable to accept a deposit and put a vehicle on hold, which was strange. I'm an out of state buyer so the contract docs needed to be sent to me via Fedex which may have thrown a wrench in the process. With cash in hand, and ready to buy, the car was sold out from under us. This was after being contacted on 10/7 asking for our identification and insurance info which was sent back within 10 minutes of asking. Disappointing and strange attempted car buying experience. Never have I had this much difficulty trying to give my money to a dealership for a car. FYI, we were offering full asking price as well. More
