I originally purchase my Mecedes Benz from another dealer, but was disappointed in the level of service I received from them. Even-though I had a bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty they never wer dealer, but was disappointed in the level of service I received from them. Even-though I had a bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty they never were about to fix a vibration problem. When I went to MB of Calabasas they found a wheel bearing and motor mount that were questionable and replace them. That fix the problem. Service staff are very friendly. Would have given a 5 star rating but after one of the service work on my car I noticed a small cut in the drivers seat. MB never took responsibility for it but said it must have come from my cell phone. Eventually the had it repaired twice but it keeps failing. More

This is the second time I went to Mercedes of Calabasas for service in 2 years and both times they Damaged my car and I only brought it in for an oil change the first time they put a door ding in it and th for service in 2 years and both times they Damaged my car and I only brought it in for an oil change the first time they put a door ding in it and the second time which was just yesterday they hit the front spoiler and now it’s in the body shop for repair I will never bring it there again they have Apsley no idea how to take care of a customers car all they do is damage your car I would highly recommend not having your car serviced here More
