Purchased a 2017 c-300 that was supposed to have heated seats, navigation and certified!!! NO NAVIGATION, NO HEATED SEATS AND NOT CERTIFIED AFTER 3 DAYS SERVICE A LIGHT CAME ON. I CALLED 4 Times to talk to seats, navigation and certified!!! NO NAVIGATION, NO HEATED SEATS AND NOT CERTIFIED AFTER 3 DAYS SERVICE A LIGHT CAME ON. I CALLED 4 Times to talk to management left 4 messages no response! All they do is what ever they can to make a sale! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB The CORP OFFICE AND CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY REGARDING FALSE ADVERTISING.... I DO HAVE PROOF.. I Never have experienced such unprofessionalism...
