I appreciated the following points at the MB of Calabasas. 1) Knowledge of the sales consultant (Vic) regarding cars in inventory, colors and options and the ability to understand what exactly I Calabasas. 1) Knowledge of the sales consultant (Vic) regarding cars in inventory, colors and options and the ability to understand what exactly I was looking for (some sales folks in other dealerships, I visited recently, have no clue about the cars on their own lot and often provided incorrect information). 2) Easy to work with and pleasant staff. 3) They had 3 people in finance, and we did not have to wait too long to sign the paperwork. 4) While waiting to sign, Vic entertained us with peanut butter brittle and energy bars. Very positive experience. Well worth the extra hour we had to drive to get there. More
