My only issue is that I have to go back to the dealership because they did not have a charger cord to be able to pair my phone to the cars computer system because I have a Samsung phone and they only carry iPhone charger cords. I recently purchased a Mercedes for myself and for my wife. Our sales representative Jeremy Isreal-Tombs was superb. I really appreciate the responsiveness and quality of work provided by the service department. The entire staff, especially Kyle are wonderful and courteous. The only reason I gave a “4” instead of a “5” was the cost for service 3B. Granted my car is older but it took me by surprise when I was told how much it would cost when I brought the car in. Jason Grijalva made my service experience awesome. He had everything lined up to get me in and out. He kept in touch and had my car back to me earlier than anticipated. Usually getting a service for a car is everything lined up to get me in and out. He kept in touch and had my car back to me earlier than anticipated. Usually getting a service for a car is a hassle but this was so efficient and fast. I’m very thankful he helped get new tires on the car and also had everything planned out from getting a loaner car and a driver to drop my vehicle off to me. Thanks again Jason!! More

When we arrived we were told to wait and Guss would be with us shortly. We waiting for about 10 minutes and he appeared and took us to his office. I was hoping that all the paper work would be ready to with us shortly. We waiting for about 10 minutes and he appeared and took us to his office. I was hoping that all the paper work would be ready to sign but that wasn't the case. We waited an hour before we could see the finance person. Was never offered water coffee or anyting to drink. Finally got done with finance and then Guss walked us through a brief view of the car. A bit too brief, being there are things I'm still trying to firgure out. The car needed to go back to the shop for stretches on the door to be removed and then again for some tape on the dash to be removed. I finally was on the road home after spending 2.5 hours there. Not very efficient group of people. I got better and faster service when I bought a Ford from Ken Grody. From a high end dealership the service and professionlism was lacking. I was never giving a business card from the person I bought the car from or the finance person. More
