My Service Advisor is the best. Great relationship with a person that cares. Tries to minimize cost where he can and has a good knowledge of the historical breakpoints on my GLE Great relationship with a person that cares. Mercedes is expensive to service anyway, but Jimmy always knows how to economize the best. More

Bertrand was very pleasant and informative. Buying a car can be dreadful but this was painless and quite nice.
