I had an excellent experience at Mercedes Benz of Boston with the purchase of my new SUV. The entire process could not have gone any smoother. The entire staff was extremely cooperative, polite and attentiv with the purchase of my new SUV. The entire process could not have gone any smoother. The entire staff was extremely cooperative, polite and attentive, especially my salesman Kashif. He is quite honestly the best salesman I’ve met in all my years of purchasing multiple vehicles. I can’t go without saying that immediately upon inquiring about a this vehicle I was contacted by Jessica who was very helpful in providing me with all the details. I explained to her my concerns about spacial needs and the possibility of an alternative manufacturer and having to test both vehicles and was never pressured into rushing into my decision. All the while, I received follow up emails from Molly making sure that any/all my questions/needs were being addressed. Again, nothing but great things to say about this experience.
