Recently bought a certified pre-owned AMG CLA35 with Angela. In the beginning, noticed car body scratches were not fixed. When she promised she would call, she never did. Also Angela told me there was only one car key at the end of transaction from the previous owner who leased the car for three years and is currently looking for a second key. She said whatever I read on the forum about every car will have two keys are not true. Excuse me, I have had BMW, Audi, Porsche, Acura now finally Mercedes and with "certified pre-owned" they will only give one car key?? What if there is malfunction for this single car key? Again, Angela promised there will be update, but I felt she did not have the sincerity to provide after-sale care as she promised. Ironically, I gave them my old car title, both keys right away and purchased extended warranty and maintenance package already. It's a disappointing after-sale service being ignored. More
