I recently had a lot of work done on my vehicle including dealing with some tricky aftermarket parts that MB doesn't own that I needed to replace. I have a good friend with a disability and she dropped her car off to have service. I picked her up to have it worked on and they informed us for a 9b service would be $4500. I found out later that day and went in with her when she was to pick up her car. I called Seattle Mercedes and they stated it would be 2k. I spoke to them about this and dropped the price to $3,300. We were upset when we left and the car broke down 3 miles away from the dealership. We won't be back. More
